The northern end of St Kitts. 15 miles (¾ hr) from the airport and the capital, Basseterre. 1 mile from the coast and 16 miles from the better beaches in the south.

Room Description:
Elegantly furnished and individually decorated rooms in cottages which are scattered throughout the grounds. Each room differs in style, size and layout, but all have wooden floors, white washed or stonewalls bright fabrics, occasional antiques and rugs, and a large veranda.

Room facilities:
The accommodations are breezy, cooled with ceiling fans (no air-conditioning), and all have private bathroom (bath with shower) plus toiletries and hairdryer. There are no telephones in the rooms.

ACTIVITIES:

· Excursions are available locally with a guide into the nearby rain forest.
· Catamaran day sail to Nevis @ approximately US$60 per person (includes picnic and drinks).
· Scuba diving, snorkelling, boat and car hire can be arranged locally.
· Golf: Marriott 18-hole championship course at Frigate Bay. Opening date after re-design is November 2002. Prices and availability of the course for use by Rawlins guests are available from the hotel.
